Yes, There are several newsletters to which you may subscribe.

You may apply for an "Authenticated user" account.  This allows access to several additional areas of the site including "MY ACCOUNT" and the NEWSLETTERS page where you can select which publications you wish to receive.

 There are (3) ways to cancel a subscription
1.  Select REPLY to the newsletter, insert "UNSUBSCRIBE" to the subject line, and SEND
2. There should be a link at the top of the top or bottom of the NewsLetter.  Click on the link go cancel the subscription
3. Simply send an email to the webmaster stating that you wish to cancel the subscription
        (don't forget to state which Newsletter(s) you wish to cancel

CALLERLAB is the international association of square dance callers. It exists to improve square dancing: To recruit, promote, and maintain the square dance activity. CALLERLAB also maintains a suggested list of dancing programs, from Mainstream through C-3A. You can find their site at: www.callerlab.org.

The Connecticut Association of Square Dance Clubs and the Worcester Area Coordinators Association are umbrella organizations for the Connecticut and Massachusetts areas respectively to coordinate the dances between clubs and prevent conflicts between dances.

Dangles are dog-tag sized medallions designed to be attached to a dancer’s club badge To represent various activities the owner has participated in. There are several standard badges available however tags may be created for a special event. Examples are for dancing in a Hawaiian Grass Skirt, All eight members of a set throwing ping-pong ball at the caller after the call ^«Ping Pong Circulate^» or an angle representing helping the caller teach new dancers.

Yes, babies and infants are brought to both lessons and dances from time to time however no child may be left unattended while the dancer is on the floor or any other time. We are not a baby sitting service. You may bring your own baby sitter or non-dancing relative to care for the child or make arrangements with a club member.
